Conflict and legal issues caused this process to drag at a snail's pace. We needed to, patiently, do what we could do and then wait until the next step was approved. Although Alice and her family drove up from Alabama to clean out the contents, they ran out of time before they had to return. I coordinated the rest of the removal of the contents.
It took a while to find a buyer, who felt they had it 'in them' to do the work it required. The floor plan was great. The setting was one of the best in Grand Rapids. Most everyone could see it had a lot of space and tremendous potential. In time, we found a nice couple, who had been hoping to get into Cross Creek condos because friends also lived there... and they were not afraid to put some elbow grease into updating and repairing the condo. They got a fair deal, given the condition, and Alice was quite satisfied with the sales price as well. All's well that ends well.
I am happy for Alice... that she has this ordeal behind her... What a nice lady!
Diane | Team Culver
I live out of town and we stayed in touch by telephone and email.
I am very happy with their level of communication and service.
What I liked most about working with Team Culver is how caring
and concerned they were about me and my situation.
They were very understanding and patient.
I would, highly, recommend them to others."
